FX-P13 is a water-based stable cross-linking agent.
Can improve the water and oil repellent effect of fluorocarbon products.
Product ingredients:
Appearance: Milky white to yellowish liquid
Solid content:12±1%
Ionicity: weak cation
PH value: 4~6
Viscosity (25ºC): <150 cps
Solubility: Dissolvable in cold water, do not stir vigorously
Features:
1. Its water-washing resistance can be fully improved after curing into a film.
2. While increasing the number of washable times, the waterproof and oil-proof effects are also increased simultaneously.
3. Does not change the feel of the fabric itself and does not cause problems such as increased yellowing.
4. The baking temperature can be reduced to 120ºC~140ºC
Reference dosage:
Adding amount: 0.5~2%, used in the same bath as waterproofing agent.
The normal setting temperature is 170ºC. After adding this product, the setting temperature can be 120ºC~140ºC.
