SH-570 is a superhydrophobic and superoleophobic coating. Mainly used for electronic cigarettes, PCB boards, electronic product earphones, headphone jack, MIC and other stainless steel mesh, polyester mesh, PTFE film surface. Easy to operate, convenient and fast. Does not contain environmentally prohibited substances.

Product Process | ||
Immersion: Soak the substrate to be processed completely in the liquid of SN-570 and remove it after 0.5-3 minutes Spray SN-570 evenly onto the surface of the substrate to be treated using a spray gun. Roll coating: Rolling SN-570 onto the surface of the substrate to be treated using rolling equipment. Drying treatment: After processing the substrate using the above methods, dry it at 50 ºC~60 ºC. The time can be selected according to different substrates, usually 1-3 minutes. |

1. It is recommended to store in a cool and ventilated place, and avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures and light. 2. Keep away from sources of fire and heat. Keep the container sealed. 3. The storage temperature should not exceed 37 ºC. 4. It should be stored separately from oxidants and edible chemicals, and avoid mixing storage. 5. The storage area should be equipped with emergency response equipment for leaks and suitable containment materials. |
